PRIMING!!!! this is so random..i love it..

IT'S NOT A CRIME TO PRIME"
Alright guys, I have to ensure that you all know the real facts about priming..let me tell you out of 10 customers I serve at work, no joke, 8 say, when i bring up primer "oh, ya it's OK, my walls are already white" LOL...listen up, just because your walls are white, it does not mean their motherfucking primed. Paint and primer are two totally different applications. Primer is your glue, your adhesive, it stops the paint from absorbing into your walls as well as it requires you fewer coats. ESPECIALLY when painting dark colours such as reds, vibrant oranges and yellows ans so forth. when you want a dark colour, red for instance, keep in mind that there is at least 10-14 ounces of red and/or magenta inside your paint can, with this, the paint becomes very translucent and if you do not use a tinted primer, you will an average have to do a min of 4 coats...NO JOKE....if any of you have painted reds you should know how hard this colour is to achieve. In all, whenever you have a dark colour, please ask an associate for a tinted primer or at least inquire about one...and when you have "builders paint" (they used the shittist, thinnist, cheapeast paint and spray it on) you def need to use a primer, if your going neutral then prime white, and if your going dark, tint the primer close to the colour your getting......ALSO, when your patching a whole, after sanding, you need to prime or the compond will show through no matter how many coats or how dark you go....remember "its not a crime to prime" lol i love saying that, it gets me every time...

if any of you have questions about priming or painting, or all that jazz, ask me cause im pretty knowlegable about this stuff...i think next i might talk about bipolar...IDK...

QUTTING SMOKING!!!!!!

Hey guys, let's just talk for minute about how I'm doing with this quitting smoking business. First and foremost I'm on day 7 and I still feel like I want to wrap my hands around anyone's neck who gets in my way. I think this may be due to total withdrawals (I've called it withdrawal syndrome) they say after day 3 you should be fine, (day 3 was the WORST DAY OF MY LIFE) but....it didn't get any better and it also didn't get any worse...I do have these intense feelings of irritability, restlessness and I'm finding myself to be very snappy. In general, I physically feel good about myself, I feel like I can finally take a deep breath, I have more energy--actually--I've been in kickboxing for a year now and my SIFU (couch) after a year he says to me the other night "wow, where you getting all this energy from" LOL after a year he says this...some of the things in which I have done to help me quit is the patch-I also chewed that Thrive gum while on the patch but Nicoderm and my doctor suggested otherwise---(don't do this as your body is taking in to much nicotine and it will be harder to quit) blahh blahhh blahhhhh...so, I started chewing regular gum and I don't know if any of you have chewed Nicorette or Thrive but you have to park and chew, so I started doing this with the regular gum...this actually helped a great deal...I started this habit of clicking a pen and I haven't been able to put that pen down since...I even fall asleep with it..LOL...espcially while driving I find this helps the most because I was so used to smoking while driving...drink lots of water and most importantly change your routine...exercise a great deal for you will feel nothing but hunger after quitting...anyways, other then the withdrawals this is prolly the the best decision I've ever made and the hardest...not gonna lie, this is the hardest thing I have ever done. Any of you all that smoke should HIGHLY consider quitting....!!!!!
